At present we have only 2 products as followed.

At the beginning, we grew up 10 red dragon fruits sticked to 3 cement pillars in August 2022. I rarely took care of them and never water them either. 10 months later, I got the red dragon fruits and it tasted naturally sweet because I never use any chemicals. In 2026, I have totally 240 cement pillars of red dragon fruits. I took care of them seriously throughout the year and never put any chemicals to them.
      Before planting : Never put any chemical rooting hormone to stem cuttings.
      Plant : I never use any lime (Calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide) while planting.
      Maintenance : Cutting branches, water the plants, putting chickhen and duck manure and putting eggshell ash to protect them from ants. I pull out weeds around tree base all year long. I spray Trichoderma to the plants when they are infected diseases.
      Flowering stage : I put eggshell ash at the tree base to protect them from ants and I use spunbond to cover the fruits to protect them from birds.

Our organic red dragon fruit is naturally sweet. It produces fruits in May to October every year. Our red dragon fruits are certified by Organic Thailand, a ministry of agriculture and cooperatives, Thailand at June 17, 2026 till June 16, 2028.

It is ancient handmade sweet. I learnt how to make it from my aunt, Rampoei Tirawan. In the past, she made and delivered them to customers by order more than 40 years. Several years ago, I asked her to teach me how to make it seriously becuase I love to eat them.

Our Punsib is an original style of my aunt. There are pork and tuna filling inside the pastry dough. It tastes well-balanced. The pastry filling is consisted of pepper and roasted peanuts. We don’t put any preservatives. We have made more then 50,000 pieces of Punsib when we had a free time. We make and sell them by order in November and December.
